We welcome you to visit and interact with this ecosystem.
The process
Bilona method is a traditional and organic practice of making ghee from fresh cow milk. For generations, our ancestors have used this chemical and machine free technique to produce the best quality ghee and today, we continue to take this tradition forward. The process involves churning fresh curd made from cows’ milk through bilona (a traditional wooden churning apparatus) to extract butter (Makkhan) which is then heated over a low flame until it turns into ghee. Although a laborious process, this method produces the best quality ghee, with a rich aroma, taste, and texture.
